常亚慧，陕西师范大学教育学部教授、博士生导师，陕西省教师教育协同创新中心副主任，《当代教师教育》副主编。兼任全国教育社会学专业委员会常务理事、全国教学论专业委员会常务理事、全国课程论专业委员会常务理事、全国专业学位研究生课程教学改革与教材建设专家小组成员、全国高等教育自学考试指导委员会委员、陕西省基础教育教学指导委员会教学研究专委会副主任委员等多项职务。主要从事教育社会学研究、课程与教学问题的社会学研究、学校教育改革与社会发展研究、家校关系的社会学研究。在British Journal of Education Technology、Frontiers of Education in China等国内外学术期刊发表SSCI、SCI、CSSCI学术论文70多篇，专著译著3部，主持国家级一般、省部级重大等课题11项，兼任多个国际期刊审稿人。

讲座简介：
本研究旨在通过调查西部偏远地区年轻寄宿学生的寄宿条件和道德发展状况，评估寄宿生活对中国西部偏远地区儿童道德发展的影响。研究团队通过进入寄宿学校开展参与式观察和深度访谈，深入描述西部某县的教育资源配置、宿舍环境及学生行为表现。研究发现，当前农村寄宿资源投入无法满足过多寄宿学生的需求，资源匮乏导致寄宿学校管理制度、生活教师能力及学生文化引导不足，进而阻碍儿童纪律意识、依恋感和自主性的形成。农村寄宿儿童因居住与寄宿的双重因素陷入劣势，道德发展受到显著制约。研究结果表明，在流动和留守儿童比例较高的西部边疆社会，寄宿学校难以替代家庭教育的道德教化功能。
The purpose of this research is to assess the effects of boarding life on children’s moral development in isolated areas of western China by investigating the boarding conditions and moral development of young boarding students. Through participant observation and in-depth interviews in a boarding school, the research team provides an in-depth description of educational resource allocation, dormitory environment, and student behavioral performance in a western county. The findings reveal that current investment in rural boarding resources fails to meet the excessive demand of boarding students. Resource scarcity has led to insufficient boarding school management systems, inadequate competence of life teachers, and flawed guidance of student culture, thereby hindering children’s development of discipline awareness, sense of attachment, and autonomy. Rural boarding children face dual disadvantages from both residential and boarding contexts, significantly restricting their moral development. The study concludes that in western borderland societies with a high proportion of migrant and left-behind children, boarding schools cannot substitute for the moral education function of family education.
