为深度感知中国基础教育的多元生态，2025年11月28日，西南大学教育学部FrancisStonier教授、全英文教研室王雪、李雪垠老师带领学部32名留学生参访重庆正大德善学校。通过校园观摩、课堂体验及互动问答，为国际学生们提供了一个零距离观察和认知中国教育的宝贵窗口。

本次参观恰逢学校举办“丝路同心、体育同行”体育文化节活动，留学生们受邀参加，与中方同学们在趣味运动项目中互动竞技。赛场上的欢声笑语迅速拉近了彼此的距离，体育成为了无需翻译的通用语言，让中外学子在协作中增进了友谊。

运动环节结束后，在正大德善学校老师的引导下，留学生们参观了美丽的校园。他们首先参观了心理健康、STEM、音乐、舞蹈、美术、书法、设计、生物、模拟联合国、无人机操作、科学实验等多个功能教室，观察教室环境布置，了解教育教学功能。随后进入学生日常教室，了解教室荣耀墙、我的梦想等多个环境布置，与校方教师探讨教育功能与意义。通过对现代化的教学楼、设施齐全的场馆教室和充满文化气息的走廊的参观与校方教师的互动，留学生深入了解了学校的办学特色和校园文化，对学校优美的环境和浓厚的育人氛围给予了高度评价。

最后的交流环节将本次参访推向高潮。留学生们就中国国际学校的办学模式、课程设置、学生日常管理以及教育理念等，与校方负责人及教师进行了深入探讨。其中，该校国内课程与国际课程相结合、满足学生个性化多样化发展需求的选修课设置、精细化管理等，引发了留学生的热烈讨论和深度思考。

来自坦桑尼亚的Faustin Modesto Mwalyego动情地表示：“My study tour toZandem Academywas a compelling observation of holistic education. Moving from the vibrant, engaged classrooms to the dynamic sports showcases highlighted the school's successful integration of intellectual and personal development. It was a powerful, real-world example of cultivating well-rounded individuals, making the visit both highly enjoyable and academically insightful”。（我对正大德善学校的考察之旅，让我深刻领略了全人教育的魅力。从生机勃勃、互动热烈的课堂到活力四射的体育展示，学校成功融合了智力发展与人格塑造的理念。这正是培养全面发展人才的有力实践范例，使此次访问既充满乐趣又富有学术启迪。）

来自阿尔及利亚的Ismail Souisssi从教育学的专业角度评价道: “It was truly a valuable experience that allowed us to discover the school closely and understand more about education in China.We enjoyed exploring the different learning spaces, including art, calligraphy, music, math, reading, and psychology. Each space showed a unique and creative approach to learning, and I was especially impressed with the art room. At the same time, we were happy to take many pictures to capture these wonderful moments”。（这次宝贵的经历让我们得以近距离了解学校，更深入地认识中国教育。我们兴致盎然地探索了艺术、书法、音乐、数学、阅读和心理等不同学习空间。每个空间都展现出独特而富有创意的学习方式，其中美术教室给我留下了特别深刻的印象。同时，我们拍摄了大量照片，将这些美好瞬间永久留存。）

来自巴西的Lucas Alves Maciel结合此前的调研经历，进行了深刻的对比与反思：“This has been a very fruitful semester to begin to know some aspects of Chinese Education. While my experience in Southwest Affiliated Primary School have shown me some characteristics of a public school with very good facilities; today we were able to experience what a private school with abundant resources looks like. Apart from the facilities, the fact that students stay in school from 7:50 to 19:50 caught my attention. Also, the pressure for them to engage in several classes, finish national curriculum early and be ready for the admission exam of the Secondary School, Gaokao and even think about admission in extremelyprestigeuniversities show me there are some relevant cultural differences, especially because I value holistic education above all (mind-body-moral-spirit). I am also fascinated by this problem - how to alleviate the students' burden and pressure, while at the same time acknowledging competition is growing to unsustainable levels? The psychology class was of particular interest to me, as students can learn how to communicate with their parents and with their peers. I will continue to work hard to learn about Chinese Education, and, if possible, to make a difference in the Rural areas, especially in rural boarding schools, and especially focused on how to achieve a holistic, healthy education”。(这个学期让我初步了解中国教育的一些方面，收获颇丰。西南附小让我见识了设施完善的公立学校特色；而今天我们得以体验资源丰富的私立学校是什么样子的。除硬件设施外，学生从7:50到19:50全天在校的安排令我印象深刻。他们需同时应对多门课程、提前完成国家课程、备战初中入学考试、高考乃至顶尖大学录取的压力，这让我意识到存在显著的文化差异——尤其当我始终崇尚身心灵全面发展的教育理念时。另一个令我深感困惑的问题是：如何在承认竞争已达不可持续程度的同时，减轻学生的负担与压力？心理课程尤其吸引我，学生们能从中学习如何与父母及同龄人沟通。我将继续努力学习中国教育体系，并力求在农村地区——特别是寄宿制农村学校——推动变革，重点探索实现全面健康教育的途径。)
