张又，四川大学文学学士及硕士，美国哥伦比亚大学文学硕士，加拿大多伦多大学哲学博士。现任西南大学教育学部讲师，主要研究领域为比较高等教育，关注国际形势、国家政策、社会文化规范、技术变革等外部环境变化对高等教育体系和大学（作为一种组织和文化制度）的影响。
